L-APP Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions («Terms») govern the use of the L APP Organize & Monetize mobile application («Application») provided by L APP TECH CORP («We» or «Us»). By using the Application, the user («You» or «User») agrees to comply with these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Application.

1. Use of the Application

• 1.1. The Application allows Users to create and manage task lists, both private and public, and share them with other Users.
• 1.2. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity conducted through your account.
• 1.3. You agree to use the Application only for lawful and ethical purposes.

2. Account and Security

• 2.1. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Application.
• 2.2. You are responsible for providing accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account.

3. Purchases, Credits, and Paid Content

• 3.1. Some features of the Application are free, while others require the purchase of virtual credits.
• 3.2. Credits may be purchased through in-app payments via Google Play or the App Store.
• 3.3. Credits are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• 3.4. You may use credits to purchase paid lists created by other users.
• 3.5. L App may retain a commission on each paid content transaction.
• 3.6. Payments to content creators for the sale of their lists will be made to the account registered via Stripe (a process available within the app). Payments will be processed no later than the first 15 days of the month following the sales period.
• 3.7. A subscription plan may be introduced in the future without prior notice. Users will be informed within the Application when such features are made available.

4. Privacy

• 4.1. Your personal data is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• 4.2. By using the Application, you consent to our data handling practices.

5. Intellectual Property

• 5.1. The Application and all content, logos, and related materials are the intellectual property of L APP TECH CORP. No ownership rights are granted to you beyond personal use under these Terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

• 6.1. The Application is provided «as is» and «as available.» We do not guarantee that it will be error-free or uninterrupted.
• 6.2. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Application.

7. Term and Termination

• 7.1. These Terms remain effective until terminated by either you or us.
• 7.2. You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms.

8. Changes to the Terms

• 8.1. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified through the Application.
• 8.2. Continued use of the Application after changes implies acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

• 9.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
• 9.2. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
